Patagonia makes seriously high-quality clothing. What's more it just seems to fit right the first time. The trifecta: if you're in the doghouse with the SheFlogger, Patagonia clothing is guaranteed get out of jail free material, my hapless little friend.
Patagonia knows surfwear, and the Meridian women's board short is a stellar example of form and function. The minimalist design has a flattering cut and is slightly stretchy, made from a blend of recycled 93% polyester and 7% spandex. The description on their web site is a bit misleading: the shorts do not have a snap closure but rather a simple two-grommet tie closure that works great. Also, there's just a single zippered pocket with drain hole, and it has a little stretchy cord loop sewn inside for a key keeper.
The design sheds water like a Chesapeake Bay retreiver, and drys in absolutely no time thanks to the thin but bulletproof material. The short inseam leaves you plenty of room to hang ten or even twenty. The solid colors are very attractive and pair perfectly with patterns. The Meridian shorts will have you in her good graces in no time.
