I'm a sucker for anything Schoeller, and I had high hopes for these gloves. After using them for ice climbing and cross-country skiing last season I'm not sure they'll make the cut next year.
The fabric works as advertised, shedding snow and water just fine. The problem I had was more with the fit and feel of the glove. The seams on the inside seem quite large and stiff, and although I never got a blister they still didn't feel like a $60 pair of gloves ought to.
They are very form-fitting, which may provide support for the hand but also makes them a little difficult to pull on and gives them a somewhat constrictive, rather than tailored, feel. I suggest you try a pair on your own hands before committing to the coin.
